Counselling and psychotherapy are professional ways of dealing with human distress and unhappiness. Therapy gives you an opportunity to assess your relationship with yourself and others such as family, partners, friends and colleagues. When you are struggling to understand your feelings, thoughts or actions, it is often useful to share these with someone who is non-judgemental.

As an existential therapist I aim to throw light on how you see the world and help you deepen your understanding of your life. Together we will try to make sense of your experiences so that you can become more aware of yourself and reflect on the choices you are making. As your therapist, I will help and encourage you to harness your potential and creativity and to become responsible for living more authentically.
